How much does it cost, and what is included?
Our pricing is simple and all-inclusive: $150 per hour (4-hour minimum) or $1,200 for a full 8-hour day. There are no per-set fees — that single rate includes full, exclusive access to all seven pre-dressed standing sets on our quiet, sound-insulated production stage. (Our VFX LED Volume Wall is a separate virtual-production stage and is quoted separately — contact us for LED pricing.) You also get full access to our amenities, including the drive-in loading bay, talent green room, hair and makeup stations, production office space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen facilities.
Can we repaint or modify the standing sets?
Minor, non-destructive modifications (such as changing out props, adding posters, or hanging artwork) are fully permitted. However, painting walls, drilling into structures, or making permanent alterations is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by our studio manager. All sets must be returned to their original state at the end of your booking.
Is the stage fully soundproof?
Our stage is heavily sound-insulated and extremely quiet, designed specifically to capture professional clean dialogue. It is situated in a quiet industrial area with minimal external noise. While not a 100% sealed concrete bunker, professional film and television crews shoot sync-sound dialogue here daily with zero issues.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Bookings cancelled or rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the shoot date receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 3 to 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the target shoot date are non-refundable.
Do you offer lighting and grip equipment rentals?
Yes! We have a standard selection of LED panels, stands, sandbags, and grip gear available for rent directly at the studio. You are also fully welcome to bring your own lighting, grip, and camera packages at no additional cost.
